League leaders, Silver Strikers, aim to keep the winning streak and record going as they welcome FCB Nyasa Big Bullets in the 26th match of the season.
The Central Bankers head into this game as the only unbeaten side this far.
Only Moyale Barracks and Civil Service United are the sides to collect a point each at Silver Stadium this season, having drawn their matches against the Central Bankers.
Silver Strikers Head Coach Peter Mponda says his side is confident ahead of this game regardless of it being a tough one.
Mponda feels his side needs to dominate the match and create a lot of chances to chock maximum points.
“We want to continue our winning streak come Saturday as we host the defending champions here at Silver Stadium in Lilongwe. We are currently having a good feeling going into this match as we played well on Saturday and got the desired result, so we continue that trend. This is one of the games that will help us to realize our goal of winning the title this season therefore we have to dominate the match and see how many chances we create”, said Mponda.
The Central Bankers won 6-1 against MAFCO on Wednesday where Misheck Seleman received matching orders in added time and will be the only one to miss the match come Saturday.
Silver Strikers and FCB Nyasa Big Bullets met earlier in the season at Kamuzu Stadium where the Area 47 side came out 1-0 victors.
