An injury update ahead of the first outing in the second round of the 2024 TNM Super League.

The second round of the top flight league is here and we roll out with an away match against Karonga United at Karonga Stadium on Saturday.

As usual, we give you a detail of the players who are not up for selection ahead of the second round opener due to injury.

On a positive note, Gift Chunga is back on the field of play after missing out for the most part of the first round due to a knee injury. Currently he is on light training and may join the rest of the squad soon. He will obviously not make the trip to Karonga.

Charles Chipala who has been in rehabilitation is back to full training after recovering from a hamstring injury. He had a few minutes against Moyale Barracks in Mzuzu when we played our last league match of the first round.

Left back Tatenda M’balaka is still out as he is nursing a knee injury that he sustained when we played against Mzuzu City Hammers at home in mid July. Currently he awaits further examination to determine the way forward.

Apart from the aforementioned players, the rest of the team members are fit and geared for action come Saturday.
