It’s been a week that has had us focused on league action as we return to Civo Stadium as guests to Kamuzu Barracks on Sunday in our twelfth match of the 2024 TNM Super League.
No new faces on our injury list this week but we will keep you up to date with the players who were also ruled out due to injury last week.
Forward Charles Chipala is still missing on Sunday’s entourage as he is still in rehabilitation. Chipala has some hamstring pains that resurfaced during the Lilongwe derby a week ago where he scored our second goal. He is expected to be back with the rest of the squad at the end of next week.
Binwell Katinji and Gift Chunga are still out for a while as Katinji is recovering from a chest injury after fracturing his ribs early last month at Kamuzu Stadium. Gift Chunga is still out as well as he is nursing a fractured knee and may miss the whole of the first round of action.
Apart from the mentioned players it’s a full house ahead of action on Sunday.
