Midfielders Linda Manda, Carolyn Mathyola, Wezzie Mvula, and forward Chisomo Banda are the four Silver Strikers players that have been included in the Malawi National Women’s Football team squad released on Wednesday.
The provisional squad has been called into camp ahead of the 2024 Hollywood Bets COSAFA Women’s Championship.
Malawi has been drawn alongside Botswana, Madagascar, and Mauritius in group B.
The four group winners will qualify for the semi-finals.
The tournament is expected to take place between October 22nd and November 2nd in Gqeberha, South Africa.
